My bureau has been in existence for over ten years. During this time, we managed to create several dozen architectural projects and about 150 unique interiors that reflected the aspirations and life goals of their owners. A significant part of these projects has been implemented.
This is not to say that our work - the work of architects and designers - is simple, because very often our clients cannot put into words the ideas that are in their heads. In order to create a project, you need to be not just a specialist in architecture and design, you also need to have knowledge of psychology in order to correctly understand your client.

We offer a convenient instalment payment system. You don’t have to pay all at once.
You pay the first instalment, we start the work. After agreement and acceptance of each stage of work, you pay the next part.
Payment is divided into 4 stages: 40% - advance payment, 30% after the planning solution has been agreed, 20% after the 3D visualisations have been agreed, 10% after all the work has been handed over.

Working on a project is an interaction between the customer and us, the designers. Therefore, the efficiency depends on both parties. There are no delays on our part. If the customer gives feedback promptly (i.e. within 1−2 days), the project is completed in about 2.5 months. Delays arise if the customer takes a long time to make decisions and does not hurry with feedback. In this case, the project may take up to 6 months.

We do not only design projects, but also all works on a turnkey basis (complete renovation and all the equipment). This is very convenient, as it saves you time, effort and nerves. As a result, you get a ready-made house or flat. You do not need to spend time searching and communicating with several performers. You communicate only with us, and we are responsible for everything.
Under our leadership work several construction teams and narrow-profile specialists in whom we are confident. All repair and construction works are divided into several stages, on which we make a calendar plan of work. The schedule of delivery of finishing materials to the construction site is attached to it. Thanks to this the terms will not be delayed.

Our work starts when we go to the site for measurements. The specialist with the help of instruments and point cloud makes precise measurements of the object and sends us all the drawings. At the moment of measurement we sign a contract with you and draw up the ToR. A week after that you receive 3−5 variants of planning solutions, from which you have to choose one. We finalise it or combine all of them in one to achieve the layout you need.
After agreeing on the layout we make 3D-tour, where you will
see the finished layout in space. This stage usually takes 1 month along with revisions and feedback.

starts to create working documentation, which includes all plans and drawings for electrics, plumbing and finishing of rooms. At the end of the work, we send you the entire project for review and revision before the final project is delivered.
