Moreover, initially the second floor did not exist. The customer bought an apartment in a new residential complex with a ceiling height of 6.5 meters, initially intending to place an entresol on its area.

We did just that: the first floor was given over to the living-dining-kitchen area. There is also a master bedroom and bathroom. But the second floor belongs entirely to the children: there are 2 children’s rooms, their bathroom and a guest room.
